By purchasing a ticket you are entering into an agreement with Hatchwork Events Limited and must agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Entry to Summer’s End Angus will only be permitted on production of a valid ticket or e-ticket.
- Proof of age may be requested for free under 5s and children’s tickets.
- Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult who is over 18. No under 16s will be admitted if unaccompanied by a responsible adult, and no more than 4 under 16s are permitted per adult over 18.
- Summer’s End Angus reserves the right to refuse admission, or revoke admission, to ticket holders who are overtly intoxicated or who are behaving in an antisocial manner.
- Ticket holders deemed to be behaving in an anti-social manner will be asked to leave the site and no refunds will be given. This is entirely at the discretion of festival management and no reason for exit or refusal of entry is required.
- We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy at the bar areas. The details of the only acceptable forms of identification are available here.
- Summer’s End Angus operates a zero-tolerance drugs policy. Illegal drugs and herbal/legal highs are not permitted. Anyone found with illegal drugs will be refused entry to the festival and handed over to Police Scotland.
- Please don’t bring a bag unless it is absolutely essential. Bags are limited to A4 size. Those who need to bring bags will be separated into bag search lanes and may be delayed entry as a result. Please note that there are no storage lockers available at the event.
- Please only bring 500ml empty plastic water bottles with you to fill at the various drinking water points available around the site. No glass bottles will be permitted on site. No containers of liquid (other that pre packaged baby milk) will be permitted on site.
- Anyone found with flares, smoke devices, fireworks or pyrotechnics will be handed over to Police Scotland.
- Banned items not permitted at any time include: knives of any size, any form of weapons, tents, pop-up tents, gazebos, nitrous canisters of any form, or political/religious flags or materials of any kind.
- Strictly no glass or single use plastics anywhere on site.
- Strictly no pets anywhere on site other than registered service dogs.
- Strictly no BBQs anywhere on site.
- Camping chairs are only permitted on the production of a valid “bring your own chair” ticket
- Artists billed may be subject to change. No refunds or exchanges will be given if the line-up changes for reasons outwith our control.

No refunds in the event of any individual act cancellation. The booking fee is non-refundable unless event itself is cancelled for any reason. Subscription and add on upgrades are not exchangeable or refundable.
- If the event is rescheduled for any reason, your tickets will be valid for the new date(s). If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date you must notify us by email at info@summers-end.com within 20 working days of any such announcement. We aim to process your refund within 28 days via our ticketing agent – YourTickets.online
- Tickets can be resold but not for more than the face value, but the festival management takes no accountability for any such purchases and their validity. Tickets purchased from a third party agent are not recommended and entirely at a buyers own risk.
- Tickets that have been discounted are non-transferable or refundable.
- Hatchwork Events Limited are unable to accept liability for personal damage, losses or injuries sustained at this event including damage and losses to property and motor vehicles if the cause is due to negligence of the ticket holder or unforeseeable actions of other patrons.
- Tickets cannot be used as any part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, whether commercial or non-commercial without the prior written consent of Hatchwork Events Limited.
- As a condition of sale, ticket holders consent to being filmed and/or photographed at the event.
- The promoter will not issue duplicate tickets for lost or stolen tickets.
- Please use the litter bins and help keep the site, surrounding areas and car parks tidy.
- Please respect the local residents when arriving and departing the event site and keep noise to a minimum.
- Please be aware of all exit points and follow directions given by stewards and event staff.

- The promoter reserves the right to change the price of tickets or sell tickets at different prices at any given time.
